1. Please fill in the RMA form and fax to 852 - 2798 9992 to request for an RMA number before you return the defective product. Do not send out the defective product without the RMA number. If you haven't been informed about the RMA number within 2 working days, please contact our RMA department at 852- 2246 9696.
2. Once you have obtained the RMA number, you must send the product freight-prepaid and insured within 30 days to us. Products delivered to us must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
3. Please present the defective products together with the sales invoice copy and the RMA number.
4. Please fill in the "common symptoms" column clearly and precisely, any unclearness may cause the delay to the RMA progress.
5. If the defective product can not be repaired under normal circumstances, and the model has been obsolete or in shortage, a substitute product under the closest category will be returned as replacement.
6. The warranty period time is 1 year upon the invoice date if not specified, if the warranty period is expired, the product will not be entitled for repair.
7. If the Date Code showed on the product does not comply with the sales invoice record, we reserve the right to reject the product.
8. The limited warranty does not cover any damage results from improper installation, accident, misuse, natual disaster, insufficient orxecessive electrical supply, abnormaly mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.
9. The limited warranty does not apply if the original identification information has beeen altered or removed.
